Combining smooth gin, fresh lemon and sparkling champagne, it delivers a perfect balance of citrus<br \/>\nbrightness, botanical flavour and elegant bubbles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n    \u2022 30ml Gin<br \/>\n    \u2022 15ml Fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n    \u2022 10ml Sugar syrup<br \/>\n    \u2022 Champagne (to top)<br \/>\n    \u2022 Ice cubes<br \/>\n    \u2022 Lemon twist (garnish)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><br \/>\n    1. Add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker.<br \/>\n    2. Fill with ice and shake until chilled.<br \/>\n    3. Strain into a champagne flute.<br \/>\n    4. Slowly top with chilled champagne.<br \/>\n    5.
