The French 75 is a sophisticated classic with a celebratory character. Combining smooth gin, fresh lemon and sparkling champagne, it delivers a perfect balance of citrus
brightness, botanical flavour and elegant bubbles.

Ingredients
• 30ml Gin
• 15ml Fresh lemon juice
• 10ml Sugar syrup
• Champagne (to top)
• Ice cubes
• Lemon twist (garnish)

Method
1. Add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill with ice and shake until chilled.
3. Strain into a champagne flute.
4. Slowly top with chilled champagne.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
