Recipe

Ingredients:
• 30ml Advocaat liqueur
• 22.5ml Coconut rum liqueur (35–40% ABV)
• 22.5ml pineapple juice
• 15ml Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
• 10ml whipping cream

Instructions:
1. Select and pre-chill a martini glass.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add advocaat, coconut rum liqueur, pineapple juice, Adriatico Amaretto, and whipping cream.
4. Shake vigorously until smooth, chilled, and lightly frothy.
5. Fine strain into the chilled martini glass.
6. Garnish with 3 drops of aromatic bitters drawn through the foam head using a cocktail stick or skewer.
7. Serve immediately.
