Ingredients
• 50ml Gin
• 25ml Fresh lemon juice
• 15ml Sugar syrup
• Soda water (to top)
• Ice cubes
• Lemon slice (garnish)
• Cocktail cherry (optional)

Method
1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
2. Add the gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup.
3. Stir gently to combine.
4. Top with chilled soda water.
5. Give one final gentle stir.
6. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice and serve.
